Tuulet StoryWinds, with its brand Porvoo Guide, offers guided tours, storytelling experiences, and creative workshops mainly in Porvoo, Finland. Services are available in English and Finnish, with customisation possible upon request.
Bookings & Payment
You can book tours or courses by email at info(a)tuulet.fi or hello(a)porvooguide.fi, through a registration form, or by following the instructions provided for each product.
A booking is considered confirmed once it has been agreed by email or through the booking system.
The payment method will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Depending on the type of booking, payment can be made in advance, by invoice, or on-site (for example, in cash).
For certain bookings or new clients, advance payment may be required.
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include Finnish value added tax (VAT, currently 25.5%), unless otherwise stated.
Public Guided Tours
Our scheduled walking tours, mainly held during the peak tourist seasons, are open to everyone. Advance booking is usually not necessary, and you’re welcome to join on-site. We recommend checking our website or social media for any last-minute updates.
Please note that some tours need to be booked in advance. See each tour description for details.
If a public tour is cancelled and you have paid in advance (for example, as part of a package or special arrangement), we will naturally refund the payment. Refunds are limited to the price of the booked service and do not cover any additional costs.
Private Tours and Courses – Confirmation and Cancellation
For private tours and courses, we will confirm your booking via email. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
Private customers
Advance payment may be required for bookings.
Cancellation at least 7 days before: full refund.
Cancellation 2–7 days before: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before: no refund.
No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused bookings.
Organisations
For bookings made by companies, organisations, public entities, or through intermediaries (such as tour operators and travel agencies), the following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed:
Cancellation at least 7 days before: no charge.
Cancellation 2–7 days before: 50% of the booking price.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before or no-show: 100% of the booking price.
Force Majeure
If a tour or course must be cancelled due to force majeure (such as official restrictions or other unexpected events), or by the organiser, we will offer a new date or a full refund of payment already made.
Details concerning the refund should be sent to us within two weeks by email.
Any compensation is limited to the paid price of the product or service.
Responsibility & Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage and personal belongings.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when taking part in tours or courses.
